Position Summary

Cátenon, a Global Executive Search Firm is looking for a Research Associate to join our Delhi office or work remotely with the Delhi office. Preferably from Delhi NCR or remote. The recruiter will manage end to end candidate management. It will require sourcing candidates on behalf of our clients for highly specialised positions. The successful candidate will be able to attract first-rate talent and to ensure lasting and successful placements. The goal is to exceed clients’ expectations and to add value to their business.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
  • Conducting confidential interviews and checking references
  • Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy
  • Research into client’s company, competitors and market place
  • Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications
  • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
  • Network and build long-lasting client relationships
  • Research and develop recruiting leads
  • To conduct company mapping as per client need
  • Leveraging our cutting-edge technology tools and other social networking media to reach candidates

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Experience of 1 – 5 years in recruitment for Tech / Non-Tech roles
  • Working experience for Technology clients are preferred
  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes
  • Client focus along with relationship building skills
  • Business acumen and market insight
  • Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Graduate / Engineer with an MBA (preferred)
