Position Summary

Cátenon, a Global Executive Search Firm is looking for Practice Leads for key locations and industries. The openings include:

  1. Practice Lead – Consumer and Media (Location: Mumbai/Pune)
  2. Practice Lead – PE/VC (Location: Mumbai/Bangalore)
  3. Practice Lead – Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (Location: Mumbai/Pune)
  4. Practice Lead – Education and Social Impact (Location: Mumbai/Pune)
  5. Practice Lead – Professional Services (Location: Mumbai/Pune)
  6. Practice Lead – Technology (Location: Gurgaon)

The position reports into the MD – APAC for Mumbai/Pune locations and into the Centre Heads for Gurgaon and Bangalore locations.

Roles & Responsibilities

As Practice lead you would be responsible for:

  • Consultative Sales – Drive sales to achieve and exceed revenue goals. Target audience – CEO/MD and HR Heads.
  • Delivery Management – End to end delivery of bottomline with a team to support the execution.
  • Build the Team – Grow the team organically based on demand.
  • Practice Growth – Establish an excellent reputation in the market to ensure top notch brand equity among clients. Exercise all levers within the existing constraints progressively and logically to grow the practice.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Masters in Business Administration from a reputed institute
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience
  • Experience in consultative sales of any service to CXO suite is required
  • Experience in executive search domain is a distinct advantage (Prior experience in talent acquisition AND/OR industry expertise will also be considered
  • Experience in team building and management is a plus
