- Practice Lead – Consumer and Media (Location: Mumbai/Pune)

The position reports into the MD – APAC for Mumbai/Pune locations and into the Centre Heads for Gurgaon and Bangalore locations.

Roles & Responsibilities
As Practice lead you would be responsible for:
- Consultative Sales – Drive sales to achieve and exceed revenue goals. Target audience – CEO/MD and HR Heads.
- Delivery Management – End to end delivery of bottomline with a team to support the execution.
- Build the Team – Grow the team organically based on demand.
- Practice Growth – Establish an excellent reputation in the market to ensure top notch brand equity among clients. Exercise all levers within the existing constraints progressively and logically to grow the practice.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Masters in Business Administration from a reputed institute
- Minimum 12+ years of professional experience
- Experience in consultative sales of any service to CXO suite is required
- Experience in executive search domain is a distinct advantage (Prior experience in talent acquisition AND/OR industry expertise will also be considered
- Experience in team building and management is a plus
- Ability to build & work with a team
- Excellent English language skills along with good presentation skills
- High on energy, interpersonal connect and results-driven
- Entrepreneurial and risk-taking folks will do good at this role
