Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business, products, and overall objectives and ensure alignment of priorities of the People Strategy with these
  • Partner proactively with leaders on org structure, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Support the managers and leaders in helping the teams be successful in current context but also in preparing for future challenges and growth
  • Feedback and support in successful implementation of People Operations activities across employee lifecycle – on boarding, performance management, competency mapping and career progression, business travel and expense management, and employee grievances resolution
  • Be a trusted advisor for the employees, managers and people operations by adhering to confidentiality and integrity at all times
  • Be accountable for metrics such as performance, attrition, collaboration and similar metrics
  • Be the cultural ambassador for the teams, and support in culture fit interviews during talent acquisition as well
  • Work with Talent Development team for charting out training and development program for the business unit(s)

Requirements

  • Graduate with 10+ years of relevant work experience as Business Partner
  • Should have managed & led a team of HR Business partners along with the responsibility of their success and growth
  • Experience of managing at least 150-employee business units in a Business Partner role
  • Excellent Communication & Stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort in a data-and metrics-driven environment employing analytics in decision making
  • Comfortable in an accelerated learning environment, ability to meet deadlines and deliver under pressure
  • Experience of working in an extended global team would be a plus

  • As a technical manager you will be involved in building high quality technology solutions involving design, architecture, planning, delivery and software development by working closely with designers, business analysts and product managers to estimate and plan projects in an Agile environment.

Candidate Profile

  • CA qualification is mandatory.
  • Candidate should have strong experience of IND AS and its consolidation.
  • Preferred candidates should have worked in Big4/Corporates.
  • Strong understanding of R2R processes and ERP environment.
  • Should have possess good communication skills and ability to deal with stakeholders.
  • Should have worked in fast paced/new age environment.
