Catenon India is looking for Head Of User Experience for one of its clients. This is an opening for Pune and Bengaluru, depending on the candidate’s preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceiving a robust UX strategy for the design function in close collaboration with the Product, Design and Technical teams.
  • Take part in ideation, planning and prioritization of our diverse range of products & features keeping the short and long-term goals of the organization in mind.
  • Create frameworks and guidelines for the team to deliver better and faster.
  • Conduct design reviews and status meetings. Facilitate design sprints, workshops, brainstorming sessions.
  • Prioritize research and design improvement opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Share engineering principles to guide the team from an engineering point of view
  • Evangelize the goals of design and communicate them to the product, engineering, and other teams in the organization.
  • Collaborate with your peers in leadership to define a strategic vision for what we build, helping focus on solving user problems from smaller cities to semi-urban and rural areas.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role in consumer facing systems.
  • 3+ years’ experience leading managers and teams of 5+ designers across multiple projects.

Finance Manager (Financial Reporting)

Job Profile

  • The role is responsible for preparation of monthly financials in Ind AS and its consolidation for all group entities.
  • Manage all internal and external communication with the stakeholders and investors.
  • Closing Statutory Audits and Due Diligences in coordination with finance team and business heads.
  • Analyse all financial reports and assist in improvement and execution process with accuracy.
  • Maintaining comprehensive policy documents and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis and monthly financial dashboard.
  • Develop and implement internal financial controls for integration of closing process and financial activities of company.
  • Responsible for supporting various critical finance ongoing projects.

Candidate Profile

  • CA qualification is mandatory.
  • Candidate should have strong experience of IND AS and its consolidation.
  • Preferred candidates should have worked in Big4/Corporates.
  • Strong understanding of R2R processes and ERP environment.
  • Should have possess good communication skills and ability to deal with stakeholders.
  • Should have worked in fast paced/new age environment.
