Responsibilities:
- Determine the demand for products and services offered by the company.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing and communications.
- Prior experience in Orthopaedics
- Strong research and marketing strategic plan development skills.
- Strong computer skills required, including proficiency with Office 365, MS Office Suite, publishing, graphics, and imaging applications.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Qualification – B.A. or B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience in Business or Marketing.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise class solutions and offerings to Healthcare (Payers, Payer Services and Providers), MedTech (Imaging, Medical Devices, HC IT) and Life Sciences organizations∙
- Collaborate with product / platform partners to build implementation and integrated solutions. To enable growth for the service line, practice and markets.
- Support sales teams / client partners in solutioning for large deals and in key accounts.
- Carry revenue responsibility for the practice and service line – provide business leadership .
- Own capability development and career development of practice teams through tech tracks, talent transformation and development of technical leadership in the practice.
- Develop innovative solutions, accelerators, frameworks and services to evolve Healthcare Technology offerings.
- Collaborate closely with market leadership, client partners and account managers –and support pursuit of large deals and proactive growth in key accounts.
- Proactively track latest developments in technology – to drive innovation, impact and growth through these emerging opportunities.

Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of diversified expertise in building, managing & mentoring global teams and driving digital transformation. At least 5 years of direct revenue / growth responsibility.
- Experience in leading engineering practices and teams for one of more hyper-scaler technologies, including AWS, Azure and GCP.
- Experience in cloud native product engineering, modernization of applications / infrastructure and cloud-based solutions.
- A playing captain, who can lead from the front in client conversations, sales pursuits as well as leadership reviews.
- Hands on expertise in implementing distributed architectures and platforms that support security, virtualization, scale, availability, performance, and automation – deployed at scale Consulting and thought leadership skills to engage customers.
- Experience in Healthcare, MedTech or Life Sciences is a big plus.
