Responsibilities:
- Drive key digital health initiatives e.g. data interoperability, analytics
- Support key digital health initiatives of member centers e.g. EMR, patient engagement
- Identify and share best practices in Digital Health
- Engage with relevant stakeholders (both within and outside) to determine and prioritize digital health needs in oncology
- Promote research & development in overall ecosystem and create a platform to collaborate/co-create along with technology companies and start-ups
- Ensure overall financial and operational performance of the organization
- Drive fund raising for the organization and for executing large strategic projects
Qualifications:
- Senior business leader with 20+ years of experience in Technology and Digital Transformation.
- Experience in managing large digital transformation and business/operations and strong expertise in technology including new technologies (cloud, data management, analytics, AI/ML, data security and service-oriented architecture).
- Strong P&L and Program Management experience preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred

Candidate Profile
- Should have in depth understanding of the healthcare domain to facilitate creation of healthy sales pipeline of accounts
- Should have experience in dealing with multiple stake holders in larger organization
- Good knowledge of MedTech and Healthcare Industry, latest market dynamics is preferred
- Experience in working for MedTech/Healthcare clients in the US
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong experience in handling healthcare enabling solutions
- Academic background – Computer Science/Engineering/ Healthcare (Post-Graduation Mandatory)

- Candidate will be based in India and should have 10-15 years of experience in one or more Healthcare domain (Payer/ provider/ MedTech/ Life Sciences) processes
- Experience and expertise in developing digital solutions and actively delivered consulting assignments with downstream revenue impact.
- Experience in working with customer business leadership and drive innovation
- The candidate should have very good written and oral communication skills with ability to present to Senior client stakeholders. Should be conversant with problem solving and consulting methodologies and framework.
- Experience in leading healthcare convergence solutions in RWE, SaMD, Healthcare analytics, digital health will be an added advantage.
