Responsibilities:

  • Develop compensation philosophy, train management at all levels to make and communicate pay decisions in alignment with this new philosophy and practice through delivery of management and employee training and compensation decision support tools
  • Drive the philosophy, design, implementation and scaling of a compensation and reward strategy that effectively motivates and retains great talent
  • Identify best practices and benchmarks and develop recommendations to align with the Business and HR strategy and goals
  • Ensure that compensation and benefit programs are compliant with local, state, and federal as well as country-specific global regulations
  • Develop and coordinate communication strategies and activities designed to educate and inform employees about total rewards
  • Maintain and update compensation bands and levelling, and continuously assess against market
  • Oversee the review, communication, and implementation of the annual total compensation review
  • Lead strategy and design to deliver quality benefit programs to remain competitive and cost-effective
  • In partnership with our brokers, participate in negotiation of agreements with insurance carriers and financial institutions for administration of benefits programs
  • Develop and execute an international long-term benefits strategy that keeps the company competitive and progressive in all locations
  • Identify wellness needs and creates, coordinates and implement health and wellness activities and policies aimed at fostering a culture of wellness by improving employee health and well being
  • Oversee the review, communication, and implementation of the annual benefit programs open enrolment process

Qualifications:

  • 12-14 years of experience in People Operations leading initiatives in Compensation and Benefits
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, build trust and develop effective collaboration confidential
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects and programs to successful completion, including building productive, cross-functional relationships and aligned objectives
  • Knowledge of current local and global labour and benefit laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated understanding of the complexity of business on a global scale.
  • Work with the nuances of specific local cultures to make informed decisions
  • Expert hands-on knowledge in compensation with the ability to drive and administer major compensation initiatives
  • Proven ability to think strategically and to translate strategic directives into tactical initiatives

Responsibilities:

  • End to end ownership of all People Operations processes across employee lifecycle – onboarding, performance management, career development, team engagement and grievance resolution
  • Triage across all aspects of People Operations to drive employee experience.
  • Partner with business teams to proactively identify opportunities for Increased Efficiency and Productivity.
  • Engage with leaders in People Ops to execute the People Strategy to support the business.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor and provide thought leadership to Business leaders and enhance their leadership effectiveness.
  • Work in partnership with Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations team to provide valuable support on executing the offerings for employees.
  • Be accountable for key people metrics, such as performance / productivity, employee retention, improvement in eNPS scores and Glassdoor ratings.
  • Operational Excellence on execution of programs with rigor and precision. Develop new methods and to tools to drive repeatable realization of program goals.
  • Ability to analyse data, data patterns, reports, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis. Drive programs on key people priorities based on business case findings and expected outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4-5 years of HR business partner experience
  • Subject Matter Expertise – Develop deep knowledge of core HR delivery processes and business understanding.
  • Demonstrated understanding of strategy and execution.
  • Stakeholder Partnership – Work closely with functional HR partners and business leaders to develop effective partnership models for existing and new mechanisms/ initiatives.

  • Design People Policies and ensure smooth implementation across the organization
  • Be a critical player in the people ops team and will work through peers by driving clear actionable strategies and be the key person that holds the program together.
  • Must execute with urgency, including setting aggressive goals and owning the results, demonstrating sound judgment, and acting with speed, and taking risks.
  • The challenge in this role is that areas of focus will vary depending on the business priorities and may vary from quarter to quarter and year to year.
  • Thus, the ability to work in complex/ambiguous environment is a must as is the ability to derive concrete objectives in this context.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience with HR/Business programs and initiatives.
  • Project Management skills
  • Experience in building processes, prior experience in designing workflows for tools like SAP Success Factors, Workday etc will be preferred.
  • MBA degree in HR or equivalent
