Roles & Responsibilities
As Practice lead you would be responsible for:
- End to end ownership of all People Operations processes across employee lifecycle – onboarding, performance management, career development, team engagement and grievance resolution
- Triage across all aspects of People Operations to drive employee experience.
- Partner with business teams to proactively identify opportunities for Increased Efficiency and Productivity.
- Engage with leaders in People Ops to execute the People Strategy to support the business.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor and provide thought leadership to Business leaders and enhance their leadership effectiveness.
- Work in partnership with Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations team to provide valuable support on executing the offerings for employees.
- Be accountable for key people metrics, such as performance / productivity, employee retention, improvement in eNPS scores and Glassdoor ratings.
- Operational Excellence on execution of programs with rigor and precision. Develop new methods and to tools to drive repeatable realization of program goals.
- Ability to analyse data, data patterns, reports, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis. Drive programs on key people priorities based on business case findings and expected outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4-5 years of HR business partner experience
- Subject Matter Expertise – Develop deep knowledge of core HR delivery processes and business understanding.
- Demonstrated understanding of strategy and execution.
- Stakeholder Partnership – Work closely with functional HR partners and business leaders to develop effective partnership models for existing and new mechanisms/ initiatives.
