Job Profile
- Work closely with the account teams on building relationships and thought leadership in digital transformation space with account business users.
- Proactively develop new consulting opportunities in existing accounts, new prospects through thought leadership influence.
- Demonstrate versatile domain expertise in payer ecosystem and healthcare payer, provider and life sciences convergence opportunities.
- Provide consulting and domain thought leadership to customers, company and teams
- Develop deep expertise across healthcare domains, while having good understanding of wide range of digital technologies and trends
- Proactively track latest developments in domain, competitors and healthcare technology developments
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, influence through industry knowledge, actively participate in organization initiatives to develop consulting practice
- Regularly develop knowledge assets, participate in webinars and external healthcare industry forums
- Ensure high customer satisfaction as well as impact of solutions we build for customers
- Mentor and develop new consultants in accounts lead by example for, problem solving and customer centricity.
- Periodically review projects and help drive quality of business analysis and consulting deliverable
Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have an engineering Degree – BE, BTech, BCS, Masters
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
- Candidate will be based in India and should have 10-15 years of experience in one or more Healthcare domain (Payer/ provider/ MedTech/ Life Sciences) processes
- Experience and expertise in developing digital solutions and actively delivered consulting assignments with downstream revenue impact.
- Experience in working with customer business leadership and drive innovation
- The candidate should have very good written and oral communication skills with ability to present to Senior client stakeholders. Should be conversant with problem solving and consulting methodologies and framework.
- Experience in leading healthcare convergence solutions in RWE, SaMD, Healthcare analytics, digital health will be an added advantage.
