A client of Catenon India is looking for Global Invoice to Pay Strategy Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the I2P Operating model within the end to end Source to Pay model and I2P service delivery to the business
- Constantly strive for process improvement to assist in achievement of I2P strategy and highest quality compliance conformance
- Work closely with Digital Finance team and Technology owners to identify best possible digital solutions & enhancements to facilitate I2P function deliver the best service to client and achieve strategic objectives
- Keep up to speed with industry benchmarks and constantly challenge how we are measuring ourselves
- Manage I2P project portfolio and proactively assess Continuous Improvement pipeline
- Build external network to keep up to date with industry practices and use this channel to generate ideas to keep strategy fresh and relevant
Requirements

- Deep functional/domain knowledge of Source to Pay process
- Good understanding of Finance / Procurement Operating models
- Good understanding of technology used in Procurement & Accounts Payable area, for example ServiceNow, SAP Vendor invoice Management, Ariba, e-invoicing, Process Mining
- 5-8 years experience of working in Finance Operations and/or Project Management, Service Delivery, Strategy & Process roles, ideally in Accounts Payable/Source to Pay domain
- Experience of new technologies in the market, for example implementation and operationalization of process mining technologies
- Operational Excellence methodology (Lean Six Sigma experience preferred)
- Experience of working with BPO and shared services
- Experience with complex finance transformation processes/project implementation
- Working experience in operational unit of multinational company
- Experience of working in matrix organization
