Catenon India is looking for Head Of User Experience for one of its clients. This is an opening for Pune and Bengaluru, depending on the candidate’s preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceiving a robust UX strategy for the design function in close collaboration with the Product, Design and Technical teams.
- Take part in ideation, planning and prioritization of our diverse range of products & features keeping the short and long-term goals of the organization in mind.
- Create frameworks and guidelines for the team to deliver better and faster.
- Conduct design reviews and status meetings. Facilitate design sprints, workshops, brainstorming sessions.
- Prioritize research and design improvement opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Share engineering principles to guide the team from an engineering point of view
- Evangelize the goals of design and communicate them to the product, engineering, and other teams in the organization.
- Collaborate with your peers in leadership to define a strategic vision for what we build, helping focus on solving user problems from smaller cities to semi-urban and rural areas.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role in consumer facing systems.
- 3+ years’ experience leading managers and teams of 5+ designers across multiple projects.
