Responsibilities

  • Partner proactively with leaders on organization structure, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Support the managers and leaders in helping the teams be successful in current context
  • Feedback and support in successful implementation of People
  • Be a trusted advisor for the employees, managers and people operations by adhering to confidentiality and integrity at all times
  • Be accountable for metrics such as performance, attrition, collaboration and similar metrics
  • Work with Talent Development team for charting out training and development program for the business unit(s)

Qualifications

  • Graduate with 5+ years of relevant work experience as Business Partner
  • Experience of managing at least 150-employee business units in a business partner role
  • Excellent Communication & Stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort in a data-and metrics-driven environment employing analytics in decision making
  • Comfortable in an accelerated learning environment, ability to meet deadlines and deliver under pressure.
