Responsibilities
- Partner proactively with leaders on organization structure, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Support the managers and leaders in helping the teams be successful in current context
- Feedback and support in successful implementation of People
- Be a trusted advisor for the employees, managers and people operations by adhering to confidentiality and integrity at all times
- Be accountable for metrics such as performance, attrition, collaboration and similar metrics
- Work with Talent Development team for charting out training and development program for the business unit(s)
Qualifications
- Graduate with 5+ years of relevant work experience as Business Partner
- Experience of managing at least 150-employee business units in a business partner role
- Excellent Communication & Stakeholder management skills
- Comfort in a data-and metrics-driven environment employing analytics in decision making
- Comfortable in an accelerated learning environment, ability to meet deadlines and deliver under pressure.
