Job Profile
- Discover all of the requirements for new clients, to establish the success criteria for implementations
- Consult with customer and internal stakeholders to make recommendations on people, processes and technology that help customers achieve their objective
- Design & configure the appropriate solution, so that all requirements are met and client expectations regarding platform use cases and functionality are fulfilled
Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise software deployment management and/ or implementation, with consulting experience with large brands
- Should have an understanding of customer journeys within advertising, the role that social media plays and be able to advise best practices that drive value against business KPIs
- Excellent work ethic with a proven record of meeting deadlines across multiple projects
