Job Profile

  • To handle of a team of 19 BDRs (outbound) and 2 SDRs (inbound)
  • Managers should be able to deliver pipeline as the metric
  • Coach, recruit, onboard and train for Inside sales team.
  • Supposed to generate Demos that gets into opportunity with reasonable conversion. AE team is different.
  • Help improve the BDR’s in better pitch/positioning through calling and emails.
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, weekly review effectively
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and AM team
  • Reporting to Sales head
  • Strict CRM hygiene

Candidate Profile

  • Inside Sales experience in B2B SaaS environment
  • Extensive experience in working with leaders
  • At least 7-10 years of overall work experience
