Job Profile

  • Lead as the HR Operations portfolio business owner for the design, implementation, compliance and maintenance of HR systems, Processes, Benefits across People Ops Organization for Company.
  • Scale HR technology teams and drive overall business vision with People Engineering and our technology strategy
  • Lead global People Ops’s systems technology roadmap scale programs, create capacity within program teams & solve technical challenges
  • Prioritize and leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of HR -Benefits, and more broadly across internal tools/communications
  • Build and lead Global HR knowledge management strategy and delivery
  • Work with HR leadership to develop the systems and process roadmap to support the regions
  • Drive adoption, communication, and change management of systems changes and/or new system launches across People Ops team
  • Optimize the use of HR tools, drive HR process optimization and standardization while balancing the business need for flexibility and aligned with Business Requirements
  • Implement employee data and vendor security initiatives via technology solutions that support regulatory requirements and best practices for compliance
  • Lead and influence with HR industry best practices and proven methodologies for process improvement, scalability and automation to support long-term growth
  • Coach and mentor team members, playing an active role in developing expertise
  • Implement process improvements, technology, training requirements, etc. that will enhance the employee experience and improve employee satisfaction
  • Analyse and report metrics on HR systems activities in support of strategic decision-making initiatives and for ongoing measurement and continual improvement

Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years’ experience in HR technology or customer-facing / Start up technology environment
  • Experience leading and growing teams from strategy through to operational execution
  • 3+ years’ experience formalizing tangible action plans to operationalize vision
  • Experience influencing at all levels of organization, driving and implementing company-wide changes
  • Ability to manage, grow, and develop individual contributors and leading and managing teams
  • Knowledge of HR best practices in the market as well as legislative and regulatory changes and experience implementing technology solutions to support compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of HRIS/ ERP systems specially Success factors – principles, function technology and variations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead global technical projects end to end with multiple stakeholders
  • Global Exposure in regions like US, EMEA & JAPAN would be preferred
