Responsibilities
- Be the in-house generalist; Lead the end-to-end execution of key strategic programs & initiatives globally eg. launch of new product categories,
- Working closely with all the key stakeholders – customers, marketing, sales, supply chain, R&D to enable growth at Company globally
- Define program success metrics and drive accountability across the stakeholders
- Own market research/landscaping and intelligence, drive lead generation and then work closely with the sales team for lead qualification and conversion
- Key drive sales and marketing initiatives for a primarily B2B customer base, ranging from global distributors to large Fortune 500 enterprises
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of overall experience in Tier 1 strategy consulting or program management/generalist roles in high growth start-ups
- Proven track record in managing and driving programs with multi-functional teams
- Ability and willingness to pivot and dive deep into projects across various functional areas
- Self-starter, high ownership & ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
- Strong problem solving & communication skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity
