As a Presales Executive, you will work closely across various verticals such as sales and marketing, product engineering, and customer relations to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that address customer needs. Work with potential clients or customers to ensure they have a strong understanding of the product. You will also be required to actively observe customer behavior and predict future needs for product development.
Responsibilities
- Experience in SaaS solutions preferred
- Analyze and Qualify RFP, RFQ & RFI Requests and provide solution response
- Prepare sales proposals as per the required use case (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, etc.)
- Collaborate across teams for solutioning the customer technical, legal, and compliance requirements
- Working on tight deadlines across opportunities
- Participate in customer calls with the sales team to understand the challenges and pain areas
- Understand the scope of work stated in the RFP, identify potential risks etc., and work closely with technology and solution teams to build the solution
- Analyzing, calculating, and reasoning a situation effectively
- Getting along with diverse personalities easily
- Possessing a sharp eye for detail & superior presentation skills
- Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously
- Positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors
Qualifications:
- Engineering in Computer Science must and having MBA preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of technology and applications products/solutions, platform, and SaaS
- Commitment and dedication to getting the work done on time
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Well-versed with Excel and CRM
