Catenon India’s Client: Global Technology Company unifying AI-driven software and mobile robotics to modernize order fulfilment and optimize warehouse operations in real time.
- Partner within the People Ops team to provide focus on key organizational objectives related to Talent Management and HR Processes
- Review processes from a user experience, effectiveness and efficiency perspective and partner with teams to design solutions.
- Drive governance on critical policies, processes and tools.
- Design People Policies and ensure smooth implementation across the organization
- Be a critical player in the people ops team and will work through peers by driving clear actionable strategies and be the key person that holds the program together.
- Must execute with urgency, including setting aggressive goals and owning the results, demonstrating sound judgment, and acting with speed, and taking risks.
- The challenge in this role is that areas of focus will vary depending on the business priorities and may vary from quarter to quarter and year to year.
- Thus, the ability to work in complex/ambiguous environment is a must as is the ability to derive concrete objectives in this context.
- 5-7 years of experience with HR/Business programs and initiatives.
- Project Management skills
- Experience in building processes, prior experience in designing workflows for tools like SAP Success Factors, Workday etc will be preferred.
- MBA degree in HR or equivalent
- Ability to quickly understand, connect the dots and translate business priorities into HR implications and action focus.
- The ability to assess, connect the dots and adjust to the impact of external and internal, priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, initiative, influencing, teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work and deliver results in a dynamic highly matrixed and team-oriented environment; able to build network, develop alliances and work through people.
- Strong execution capability.
