Responsibilities:

  • Consulting around financial readiness for retirement
  • Guiding on how to plan for post -retirement needs, in terms of estimating income needs and determining assets needed to meet those goals
  • Help customers understand retirement products such as pensions, annuities, personal savings, investments & its suitability for customer
  • Delivering customized proposals for clients around retirement goal
  • Insuring proactive check of financial portfolio and actions around it
  • Checking on proactive readiness for non – financial needs
  • Providing with information about government benefits available to senior citizens and ensuring execution with planning team
  • Ensuring tax saving and filing through third party ececuted through planning team
  • Supporting with non-financial needs in association with relevant partners around health & wellness, gainful employment, inheritance/will/trust, community, elder care
  • Providing with queries related to PF management including migration, liquidation, consolidation and contribution for support team to action.
  • Collaborates with Retirement planner to offer complete advice and retiral solutions to clients.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert in area on retiral products and planning concepts.
  • Maintains recent knowledge of new products, industry trends, regulatory requirements, tax law changes, etc.
  • Partners with product support team to provide case management and design support.
  • Provides a high level of communication and service towards customer.
  • Accountable for subscription revenue goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in financial services required.
  • Broad understanding of financial services, product solutions and all aspects of aspects of planning strategies and concepts
  • Client-centric skills including excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Expect up to 50% travel, although it will typically be limited to area day trips.
  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
