  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual volume and revenue targets
  • Plan for territory-specific strategies to meet the sales & distribution objectives for the region
  • Plan and forecast for the coming months and quarters to ensure inventory readiness
  • Execute targeted distribution & display in the area as per the plan
  • Manage trade marketing and sales capability initiatives through the field force
  • Control cost for the territory as per plan – subsidy, 3p manpower cost, etc
  • Enable adoption of digital initiatives in the territory
  • Manage the distributor’s productivity and relationships
  • Maintain sales hygiene by delivery of process KPI e.g. bills cut, man days, lines sold, etc
  • Maintain the right area team (including sales executives and officers and distributor sales staff)


  • 4 to 10 years of experience in managing sales and distribution (general trade) in reputed FMCG companies
  • Experience with sales automation and analytics
  • Operate from a state HQ or CFA location with extensive fieldwork
