Key Responsibilities
- Understand business, products, and overall objectives and ensure alignment of priorities of the People Strategy with these
- Partner proactively with leaders on org structure, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Support the managers and leaders in helping the teams be successful in current context but also in preparing for future challenges and growth
- Feedback and support in successful implementation of People Operations activities across employee lifecycle – on boarding, performance management, competency mapping and career progression, business travel and expense management, and employee grievances resolution
- Be a trusted advisor for the employees, managers and people operations by adhering to confidentiality and integrity at all times
- Be accountable for metrics such as performance, attrition, collaboration and similar metrics
- Be the cultural ambassador for the teams, and support in culture fit interviews during talent acquisition as well
- Work with Talent Development team for charting out training and development program for the business unit(s)
Requirements
- Graduate with 10+ years of relevant work experience as Business Partner
- Should have managed & led a team of HR Business partners along with the responsibility of their success and growth
- Experience of managing at least 150-employee business units in a Business Partner role
- Excellent Communication & Stakeholder management skills
- Comfort in a data-and metrics-driven environment employing analytics in decision making
- Comfortable in an accelerated learning environment, ability to meet deadlines and deliver under pressure
- Experience of working in an extended global team would be a plus
