Job Profile

  • Develop the assigned Brands/sub-brands in the portfolio 
  • Drive consumer understanding & insight generation
  • Own insights generation and key  user understanding metrics for assigned brand 
  • Build cultural, category & competition learnings for a better innovation pipeline and  market specific communication 
  • Develop business insights on the brand and be the voice of your consumer in the GTM  organisation 
  • Track brand health by regularly tracking key metrics, and working with teams  responsible for the same 
  • Partner with the marketing and creative team to provide insights and strategic  direction 
  • Lead creation of communication briefs, basis the identified insights
  • Own campaign assessments and feedback loop for improvements/course corrections
  • Conceptualise and execute innovative programs that drive the brand in the desired  direction 
  • Activate the brand and worth with business teams in growing the brand

Candidate Profile

  • MBA from a premier institute, working/having worked in Blue-Chip Consumer companies – with a minimum of 5- 10 years total experience out of which 5 years’ experience should be in Brand Management
  • Entrepreneurial experience or experience in marketing consultancies will be value
