Job Profile
- Develop the assigned Brands/sub-brands in the portfolio
- Drive consumer understanding & insight generation
- Own insights generation and key user understanding metrics for assigned brand
- Build cultural, category & competition learnings for a better innovation pipeline and market specific communication
- Develop business insights on the brand and be the voice of your consumer in the GTM organisation
- Track brand health by regularly tracking key metrics, and working with teams responsible for the same
- Partner with the marketing and creative team to provide insights and strategic direction
- Lead creation of communication briefs, basis the identified insights
- Own campaign assessments and feedback loop for improvements/course corrections
- Conceptualise and execute innovative programs that drive the brand in the desired direction
- Activate the brand and worth with business teams in growing the brand
Candidate Profile
- MBA from a premier institute, working/having worked in Blue-Chip Consumer companies – with a minimum of 5- 10 years total experience out of which 5 years’ experience should be in Brand Management
- Entrepreneurial experience or experience in marketing consultancies will be value
