Job Profile
- Be the owner of one or more products
- Drive the product roadmap including market analysis, competitive analysis and recent technology trends
- Coordinate and work with Engineering and Design teams to build great user experience
- Gather product requirements using market knowledge and define the performance metrics for the product
- Constantly innovate and improve the product
- Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the product development life- cycle
Candidate Profile
- BE/BTech in Computer Science or other quantitative discipline along with an MBA from a Tier-1 B-School is mandatory
- 4-8 years of product management experience in a high growth start-up or similar work environment
- Experience launching and developing successful web and mobile apps along with user growth experience
- Comfort in working independently in a high-pressure environment
- Experience in working on search related or other B2C products
- Expertise in MVT, A/B testing and prototyping best practices
