Job Profile
- Manage end to end delivery of projects, including allocation of engineers and people management
- Cross team collaboration (QA, Platform and Delivery) to ensure project implementation
- Create process frameworks to install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming
- Create processes for solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
- To determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development
- Design solutions and architecture, convert product specs to tech specs and conduct solid code reviews
Candidate Profile
- BE / BTech / MCA / BCA
- Exceptional skills in frameworks, new solutions development, system design, enhancement and modernization using Python, Django, MySQL OR Postgres
- 7+ years of total work experience including experience of working on new solutions, technologies, creating architecture and Scrum
- Should have managed a team of at least 5-6 people
- Good to have knowledge of Angular Js
- Proven project management skills including responsibility for delivering to project timetables, and expertise in providing technical solutions
- Experience of building architecture to build systems that supports business goals
