Job Profile

  • Write and post technical job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Work with vendor partner to source, screen and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles
  • Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best technology talent
  • Build a strong tech talent pipeline to maintain the target seat fill rate
  • Source potential candidates through various platforms
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen candidate resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
  • Coordinate with technology team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Close offers with selected candidates and maintain a high closure rate
  • Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work for tech talent
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Candidate Profile

  • Must have 5 to 8 years of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter in a fast-growing tech start-up environment
  • Must have hands-on experience of building at least 50+ member tech team
  • Should have technical understanding with an ability to explain job requirements for technology roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of HR and talent acquisition practices
  • Bachelor or Master in HR or related discipline
