Job Profile
- Write and post technical job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers
- Work with vendor partner to source, screen and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles
- Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best technology talent
- Build a strong tech talent pipeline to maintain the target seat fill rate
- Source potential candidates through various platforms
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen candidate resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
- Coordinate with technology team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Close offers with selected candidates and maintain a high closure rate
- Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work for tech talent
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Candidate Profile
- Must have 5 to 8 years of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter in a fast-growing tech start-up environment
- Must have hands-on experience of building at least 50+ member tech team
- Should have technical understanding with an ability to explain job requirements for technology roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of HR and talent acquisition practices
- Bachelor or Master in HR or related discipline
