Please Note: This is an opening for Marketing Technology Manager
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the marketing technology stack; responsible for cross team collaboration to ensure all stakeholders’ needs are taken into account
- Become the primary subject matter expert of our CDP platform for marketing team
- Develop 1st party CRM data and audience segmentations to be utilized by both the marketing and ecommerce teams
- Act as a main point of contact for key SEO stakeholders and continually optimize for better organic search performance
- Work with the ecommerce team to oversee landing page optimization for marketing campaigns
- Continually develop attribution models to measure omni-channel performance
- Manage product feeds and advertising pixels to be utilized by the paid media team
Qualifications
- 5-7 years experience in digital marketing and advertising with extensive experience in managing marketing technologies; experience in ecommerce business preferred
- Experience with Google Analytics (certification preferred), audience creation, buyer journey mapping, data feed integrations, landing page optimization, A/B testing, and SEO best practices
- Proven track record of ability to diagnose issues with marketing technology, website optimizations and product feeds
- Strong leadership skills with ability to create process improvements and innovative new solutions for the team
- Prior experience with CDP platforms is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects and quickly adapt in an evolving environment
