Catenon India’s client: A growing Automotive firm specializing in Electric Vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that main architectures at a vehicle level are integrated to achieve Vehicle level targets.
- Mechanical (Body, Chassis, Powertrain, others)
- Software integration
- Digital technologies integration
- Ensure the vehicle achieves the target specification documented
- Ensure processes are followed by teams and monitor for best quality of engineering such as:
- CAD, CAE of product and process, including DFMEA, DFA, DFM, DFR, DFS.
- Ensure CAD and CAE verification prior to prototype level to ensure no failures at Proto stage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience
- Have experienced a minimum of 2 full product cycles in a leadership role
- Comfort with hustle and start-up environment, passion for technology and demonstrated leadership of leading programs and teams.
