- Participate in discovery phase and translate requirements into technical solution
- Appreciation for business requirements and domain knowledge
- Will need to be hands on and keen to develop/trouble shoot complex technical scenarios
- Groom juniors and developers on technical and domain stuff
- Participate in Agile meetings, process activities and ensures practices are followed in the team
- Architecture, Design and Code review for own and other teams
Candidate Profile
- Overall 10-15 years of experience in executing and running large Software products/solutions implementations
- Successfully launched SW products/solutions in enterprise or go to market scenarios
- 5+ years’ experience and Proficiency with Java, SOA, Spring, Java script frameworks (JQuery/Angular), databases, Design and RDBMS concepts
- Experience on Cloud and solutions like PCF/Docker
- Appreciation for non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, user experience, security, maintainability
- Proficiency with Agile practices, Tivoli Workload Scheduler, JIRA, Confluence, SVN, GIT
- Ability to multi-task, work on product line/projects at once, delegate effectively
