Co-founder & Managing Director
Gaurav Chattur is the Co-founder & Managing Director for Asia Pacific at Cátenon and has deep experience in human capital working with marquee clients across industries. Gaurav comes with management consulting experience at Cognizant Business Consulting. During his stint at Cognizant, he was closely involved with McKinsey in implementing an operational excellence initiative across the organization. Gaurav has a post-graduation in management from the Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering.
Vaibhav Agarwal
Vice President
Vaibhav Agarwal is the Vice President of the Consulting & Intelligence Practice at Cátenon. He has a decade of experience in various strategic and execution responsibilities. During his stint with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd, Vaibhav worked with two external consulting firms (McKinsey and Goldratt Consulting) driving the CEO’s agenda on Operational Excellence. He has worked with ITC Ltd. as a Regional Manufacturing Manager and also led Practo’s foray into Latin America. In his last stint, Vaibhav led multiple markets for UrbanClap's largest vertical. He holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Guwahati and a PGP in Management from ISB Hyderabad.
Radhika Misra
Account Manager
Radhika is an esteemed member of our team, serving as an Account Manager. Radhika has a proven track record of delivering mid to senior-level mandates with a focus on Information Technology, Cyber Security, Automotive, Engineering, and Analytics. Her exceptional skill set has allowed her to successfully deliver on special diversity and inclusion mandates as well. With 8 years of experience in the business advisory and analytics domains, Radhika has honed her expertise and gained invaluable experience in her previous roles at Deloitte and E&Y.
Anchana Chandrasekharan
Vice President
Anchana holds the position of Vice President at Catenon. With over 14 years of experience, Anchana has successfully built practices across strategic consulting and various functional roles in the real estate and eCommerce sectors. Previously, Anchana served as a consultant at EY, where she worked on large-scale economic infrastructure projects across India and in international markets, specializing in consulting and project finance domains. She also played an instrumental role in setting up the hospitality practice. Later, she was a part of the core strategy and M&A team at Housing.com and built and scaled pan-India teams for the customer success and sales operations verticals at Quikr.
Mrinal Pandey
Vice President
Mrinal has been with Cátenon for over 9 years and is currently a Vice President. She has over 15 years of executive search and recruitment experience. Mrinal has delivered over 700 mid to senior-level mandates including key hiring at CxO, Strategy Consultants, Functional Heads, Directors levels, and specialists. Mrinal has previously worked with Executive Access and Randstad. Mrinal is currently handling a number of industries in the Western region including Technology, Automotive, Management Consulting, Engineering, Paper & Packaging, Mining & Minerals, amongst others.
Roshni Nair
Assistant Vice President
Roshni is an Assistant Vice President based in Pune and comes with more than a decade of experience in the IT industry. In the last couple of years at Catenon, she has successfully delivered senior mandates catering to various industries. Currently, Roshni manages the engagement with some of the largest technology accounts for Catenon India, leading a large team of consultants and research associates. Her stint with the leading technology giant, Infosys, has led her to understand and appreciate the nuances and challenges in tech hiring. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Gujarat University.
Megha Kamtikar
HR Manager
Megha has been with Catenon for almost 4 years. She manages a dual role as Manager handling HR and Business development for the company. She holds an Electronics Engineering degree from Pune University and comes with over 10 years of experience working across functions like Sales, Operations, Marketing in her previous stints in various industries.
