A leading diagnostics and healthcare player
- Evaluating and developing marketing strategy and marketing plan towards brand awareness and brand positioning.
- Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts such as branding, advertising and digital media and creatives.
- Analysis of competitive landscape and market trends, researching demand for our products and services.
- Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
- Identifying potential customers and developing targeted marketing and promotional materials including collaterals and campaigns.
- Understanding and developing marketing budgets
- Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
- Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
- Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
- 10 – 12 years of experience in marketing and running a marketing team out of which a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head of Marketing, preferably within healthcare industry.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords.
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing (content creation, SEO and PPC experience).
- Experience with CRM software
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proven ability to manage budgets.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong drive for results
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
