Catenon brings in former Microland executive Lakshmi Sridhar to lead South India operations

Lakshmi Sridhar has two decades of experience across executive search and corporate.

Tech-based global talent search firm Catenon has announced its expansion to Bengaluru, further strengthening its presence in south India.

The company has announced the appointment of Lakshmi Sridhar to lead the operations for the South region. As the vice-president, she will be responsible for overseeing the Bengaluru market and managing operations in the region.

Sridhar has two decades of experience across executive search and corporate, and comes with deep expertise in the technology, manufacturing , aerospace and defence, energy, infrastructure and engineering sectors. Prior to this, Lakshmi was leading the leadership hiring for Microland, a tech company help enterprises move to nextGen technologies.

“Lakshmi’s experience in technology and executive search combined with her knack for understanding both headhunting and industry needs equally make her an extraordinary fit for us. I am confident that with her experience and appreciation of industry, Catenon will be able to continue establishing deep partnerships with clients,” Gaurav Chattur, managing director for Catenon Asia Pacific, told the Economic Times.
