Responsibilities:
- Act as a financial advisory by providing strategic recommendations to the management on investments and business growth decisions.
- Implement internal control systems and effective accounting systems to maintain good financial health of the company
- Overseeing tax and regulatory reporting requirements of our Global and India entities
- Provide timely and strategic insights towards revenue growth, cost efficiency & profitability
- Front ending the fundraises for the organisation
- Build a strong controllership environment while partnering with cross- functional leaders to identify and drive sustainable growth
- Support rapid global expansion by managing key financial controls across the company
- Ensure financial compliance across all entities by designing & implementing necessary systems and audit processes.
Qualifications:
- Should carry an entrepreneurial mindset
- CA with 15 + years of experience
- Should have profitability and sustainability as the core driver
