Job Profile

  • Develop overall corporate communication strategy (Media relations, Branding, PR, Internal & External Communications) for the employer brand in alignment with its vision and brand promise
  • Act as a custodian of the brand to ensure that its identity and value are upheld across all internal and external stakeholder communication. Lead revisiting brand strategy development from time to time in line with changing business environment needs.
  • Sustain strong Investor and Shareholder relationship – Support the CEO and CFO in strategizing and developing the company’s Annual Report in line with evolving statutory and sustainability mandates.
  • Develop investor communication every quarter.
  • Devise and implement digital marketing strategy for the company – defining objectives, identifying channels, target audience, developing a content plan and measuring ROI. Manage various digital platforms of the company to ensure relevant and up to date content– website (SEO, enquiry management, maintenance, content), blog and social media channels (content, campaigns, and lead tracking)
  • Support businesses in executing their respective marketing plans (promotional activities) across online and offline platforms in line with the organizational branding strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with Human Resource team to identify key employer branding and internal communication priorities and execute them accordingly
  • Develop and implement a robust media strategy through initiatives such as curating high quality press releases, timely dissemination of financial results and order wins, leadership interviews, crisis communication and other media queries.
  • Manage strong relationship with external vendors to develop high quality content and collateral at optimum cost, implement tools to measure communication effectiveness
  • Lead launch of internal magazine (Fireside) through coordination with businesses
  • Event management with internal and external stakeholders

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate and Postgraduate in Mass Communication / PRA
