Responsibilities
Battery Pack Digital Twin
- Build a digital twin of the li-ion battery pack on the cloud
- Model the cell for SoH estimation basis pack data available
- Predict EOL for battery pack basis live data, cell data and pack lifecycle testing
- Help refine the BMS algorithm basis data – temp/ charging and discharging profile
Battery Insights
- Warranty failure prediction
- Safety Alerts – thermal runaway pre-alerts
- Preventive alerts and insights for operations and service
- Data visualisation across geography/ customer/ application etc. for business inputs
Qualifications:
- Electrochemistry/ Electronics/ Chemical
- Work Experience – 15+ years, Handle big data for business Insights
- Industry – EV/ Li Ion Battery Pack/ Automotive/ Lithium Ion Cell Manufacturing
