  • Definition and implementation of a Europe-wide sales strategy with primary focus on Germany and all main countries of Europe with the aim of expanding existing customer business and winning new customer business
  • Continuous business expansion through the strategic addition of new customers/clients and efficient servicing for retention
  • Role will include Marketing & Communication
  • Strong focus on the generation of new business
  • Experience of working with OEMs and expand through Distributors/Dealers
  • Definition and monitoring of processes and goal and result-oriented management for the sales team
  • Travel for business meetings

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in Gearbox/ gear motor sales with a degree in mechanical engineering as an added advantage
  • 15-20 years of professional experience in Sales & Business development in heavy industrial equipment.
  • Should have team management experience
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
  • Good knowledge of SAP as a CRM.
