- Definition and implementation of a Europe-wide sales strategy with primary focus on Germany and all main countries of Europe with the aim of expanding existing customer business and winning new customer business
- Continuous business expansion through the strategic addition of new customers/clients and efficient servicing for retention
- Role will include Marketing & Communication
- Strong focus on the generation of new business
- Experience of working with OEMs and expand through Distributors/Dealers
- Definition and monitoring of processes and goal and result-oriented management for the sales team
- Travel for business meetings
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Gearbox/ gear motor sales with a degree in mechanical engineering as an added advantage
- 15-20 years of professional experience in Sales & Business development in heavy industrial equipment.
- Should have team management experience
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
- Good knowledge of SAP as a CRM.
