  • Lead the sales team to meet or exceed the revenue expectations in the assigned geographical area
  • Motivate, coach and mentor the sales team to build a high performing organisation
  • Develop strategies for new customer acquisition in collaboration with relevant teams
  • Use a data-driven approach to grow sales, taking ownership of the opportunity pipelines
  • Analyse and understand pricing, margins, and discounting impacts

Candidate Profile:

  • Overall experience of around 8-10 years, with at least 3 years heading a large sales team
  • Strong understanding of the consumer business and experience in having worked in high volume consumer sales
  • Detail-oriented with strong and analytical problem solving ability that thrives in a data-driven environment
  • Takes ownership and drives a sense of urgency with high degree of accountability
