Job Profile

  • Handle unique data analysis requests from a range of data customers, including quantitative and qualitative analyses to elevate the customer experience.
  • Create and maintain Companies Digital Dashboards
  • Analyse web data from Companies Digital Specification platform and make optimisation recommendations.
  • Create dashboards for sales reps providing specification intelligence.
  • Design dashboards (Tableau/ Power BI/Google Data Studio) from scratch to incorporate different views of their business dimensions.
  • Suggest and follow standard methodologies for creating Tableau dashboards by matching requirements to the charts to be chosen, colour patterns as per user’s needs, standardizing dashboard look and feel.
  • Drive discussions with client stakeholders to set up processes such as customer micro- segmentation, product category analysis.
  • Extract data from multiple data source.
  • Oversee the production operations for Tableau platform.
  • Maintenance Compiling reports and making marketing dashboard reports on tableau and google data studio.
  • Excellent business writing and presentation skills with ability to story-tell insights from data collated.
  • Present proposals and results in a clear manner backed by data and coupled with actionable conclusions

Candidate Profile

  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience in business analysis
  • Master and Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or technical field from Premier institutes:
  • Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Statistics preferred
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Excel and use of embedded tools for analysis is a must
  • Tableau In-Depth Experience is must.
  • Google Data Studio experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated digital skills and proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter, high-performing team player adept at developing and shaping digital product strategies
  • Strong drive for results
  • Works to fully understand end user needs and company objectives
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Project management skills
  • Experience on large scale data modelling, dashboard design, development
