Job Profile

  • Build the FP&A function & lead a team of FP&A analysts
  • Role will include Financial Planning, Financial Modelling and Analysis, External Reporting, and Special Projects
  • Responsible for the yearly annual operating plan and five year plans
  • Responsible for management information packs on weekly/monthly basis and lead communications with the management team
  • Responsible for variance analyses and reporting for corporate functions including monthly financial analysis, reforecasting, variance analysis, and graphical summaries of regional financial performance
  • Drive monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting process including financials and business KPIs
  • Closely work with regional business teams, departmental heads & prepare as well as monitor business performance, ensuring that financial targets are met
  • Develop, implement and streamline management allocation drivers and allocations process
  • Help drive cost control, ensure full understanding of the expense items in the P&L
  • Engage functional leaders to help them manage budgets and provide financial insights
  • Provide key insights on revenue/GMV/SGNA trends at regional & enterprise level

Candidate Profile

  • CA or MBA in Finance with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, business & communication skills & data driven approach
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Start-up mind set, problem solving attitude and ownership
