Job Profile

  • Plan and implement an annual marketing activity including digital marketing campaigns, BTL/Trade Marketing promotions (in-store, roadshows, direct mailers, POSMs) and innovations
  • Based on market and consumer insights, support the development of integrated marketing and budget plans that meet business objectives
  • Proactively partner with Commercial and Cross Functional teams in deliverables including KPI tracking and execution. Track KPIs and optimize marketing activities based on business results
  • Manage creatives and content and work closely with creative team. Offer any ad hoc support to Brand Manager/as advised
  • Support the development of digital & social media strategies for the Malaysia Market to raise brand awareness, drive traffic and sales
  • Work with agencies and third-party suppliers to deliver the marketing plan in a timely and cost-effective basis

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3-6 years in FMCG industry including hands-on experience in supporting the creation of compelling digital and BTL marketing strategies that have led to achievement of business KPIs
  • Proficient in Trade Marketing
  • Bachelor of Commerce/Marketing or other relevant tertiary qualifications would be advantageous
  • Self-Starter – self-motivated, takes initiative and loves to see the results of their actions
  • Superior project management, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment and quickly adapt to business needs and meet tight deadlines
  • Understand and up to date with the trends in digital marketing
