- Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to shape, define, design, and deliver cutting edge products and visuals
- Translate complex business requirements into clean, intuitive and innovative user-friendly experience
- Lead the team to build better reusable design product components and bring in a culture of design system.
- Leverage the brand and play it well across the product.
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Ensure that all of the organization’s creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand
- Build, develop and nurture a world class Product Design team
- You have 12+ years of design experience
- 3 years of experience in managing and guiding design teams through a complete lifecycle of successful B2C products.
- You have a portfolio (URL) featuring examples of interaction design work where you’ve demonstrated strategic product thinking and vision in your work
- Experience in building and shipping applications or software for high growth tech companies
- Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders, internal teams, and clients
