Job Profile

  • Responsible for top-line growth for the e-commerce accounts by activating the levers of portfolio, fulfilment, and customer experience
  • Build processes to drive efficiency in execution on the platform in terms of online availability, pricing and media assets
  • Negotiate both strategically and tactically in an agile fast paced channel
  • Work closely with other cross functional teams to achieve joint ambitions for sustainable customer top-line
  • Build long lasting strategic relationships with the customer
  • Build data-driven and future looking capabilities to solve business problems

Candidate Profile

  • MBA or Master’s degree in business/management
  • 2-5 years of work experience across sales & marketing in FMCG or consumer durable sales on e-commerce channels
  • Experience of managing a product category or brand across any reputed marketplace will be preferred
  • Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
