One of the fastest growing distributors in the field of cosmetics, beauty care, personal care, perfumes and FMCG products
- Plan and optimise all the customer acquisition channels (including but not limited to SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Mobile networks)
- Analyze data, reports and trends on consumer insight, understanding the best approach to optimze ROAS efficiency.
- Based on insights, support the development of integrated marketing and budget plans that meet business objectives oversee the performance marketing budget and ensure we are allocating spend optimally across channels, geographies, and marketing funnel
- Proactively partner with Commercial and Cross functional teams in deliverables including KPI tracking and execution
- Manage e-commerce creatives and content, with innovative digital e-commerce strategies that integrate with other marketing functions
- Support the development of digital & social media strategies for the Singapore/Malaysia Market to raise brand drive traffic and sales
- Decent copywriting and simple design work.
- Offer any ad-hoc support to e-commerce manager/as advised
- Minimum 2-3 years of practical Performance Marketing experience with a proven ability to build programs geared towards conversion and work with cross-functional team on tracking performance, optimisation, and landing impact.
- Experience working with start-ups, eCommerce platforms, or FMCG is a plus
- Hands on experience of working with Performance marketing channels like Facebook ads, On-eCommerce Paid Search, Affiliate marketing (including influencer marketing)
- Familiar with Google AdWords, Google Analytics Certification is a plus.
- Familiar with CRM, Social Media Management, Marketing Automation and Engagement is a plus
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing /New Media/ Digital Media / Web Development or equivalent, other relevant tertiary qualifications would be advantageous
