Job Profile

  • Develop overall strategy and implementation plans for the initiatives across the geographies.
  • Build and scale vertical narratives to drive lead generation
  • Overall end-to-end ownership for developing and implementing strategy to achieve customer base and targets for the business
  • Utilize creativity to develop innovative strategies to reach customers and drive growth
  • Evaluate the market position of competing products, services, and organizations and their marketing and sales techniques
  • Liaison with other teams to ensure brand consistency in customer communications
  • Ensure all feedback is recorded and incorporated while devising the strategy
  • Ensure that regular reviews happen as per defined frequency course correction measures are finalized and effectively implemented
  • Drive a performance-oriented unit and integrate key functions that are inter-dependent
  • Design, negotiate and execute complex, profitable and strategically advantageous deals that exceed stated goals
  • Anticipate and address market opportunities and emerging issues, ensuring the right balance between long term business strategy and near-term commercial requirements

  • 10-15 years of marketing leadership experience predominantly in a offline marketing
  • Successful track record in driving growth
  • Strong innovative and lateral thinker
  • Highly adaptable and flexible to work within a matrix org. structure.
  • Comfortable in an evolving and dynamic environment
  • Has a positive attitude and a passion for managing growth in an entrepreneurial spirit
