Job Profile

  • Handling of complex portfolio of products and Solution selling
  • Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers and scan the market for new business opportunities
  • Close deals independently and create strategies to deliver agreed sales targets in a high growth and high demand market environment.
  • The sales activity includes will encompass new equipment sales, process equipment sales as part of projects, Life Cycle Service Sales as well as Project Management of the Sales Contracts till closure of the Project.
  • CRM , Sales Tools and Well defined Sales processes to be followed
  • Provide accurate Forecast of the Sales Pipeline for planning and Invoicing
  • Responsible for Profit & Loss of Business Lines and work closely and complement with other Departments to achieve the P&L defined

Candidate Profile

  • Should be an aggressive sales marketing professional with a go-getter attitude. Should exhibit high levels of enthusiasm and drive. Should have an entrepreneurial spirit and bring a high degree of energy to the job.
  • The person must possess excellent communication, negotiation presentation and networking skills. Should have the ability to champion the order until its closure both internally and with
    the customer.
  • The person will be required to develop extensive business contacts with customers, develop an extremely cordial customer relations and Key Accounts for the growth of the Company’s business and identify and develop new markets and prospects.
  • Should have comprehensive understanding for technical engineering fundamentals, passion for technology and innovation and desire to learn and the ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Candidate should be capable of exploring new business opportunities and setting up strategic relations, work on pre-tender and post-tender RFQ (Request for Quote) to position the Company’s equipment
  • Will be responsible for contract negotiation and management of the Contract, in line with aspects of contracting and demonstrate acute commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills.
