Job Profile

  • Evaluating and developing marketing strategy and marketing plan towards brand awareness and brand positioning.
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts such as branding, advertising and digital media and creatives.
  • Analysis of competitive landscape and market trends, researching demand for our products and services.
  • Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying potential customers and developing targeted marketing and promotional materials including collaterals and campaigns.
  • Understanding and developing marketing budgets
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
  • Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
  • Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.

Candidate Profile

  • 10 – 12 years of experience in marketing and running a marketing team out of which a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head of Marketing, preferably within healthcare industry.
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords.
  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing (content creation, SEO and PPC experience).
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Strong drive for results
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
