- Lead the day-to-day operations of the IAM solutions and services
- Mature the IAM operations organization and deliver operational excellence
- Operationalize new features / changes / IAM projects once transitioned from IAM factory leads
- Provide operational requirements to IAM projects and strategic initiatives related to enhancements and evolution of IAM services.
- Build out additional operational support with adoption of new IAM solutions
- Engage in the review and design of new IAM solutions to ensure appropriate controls and tools are selected and operationalized
- Participate in design activities and requirement gathering to ensure operational perspective provided
- Define IAM Operations service levels and service metrics
- Monitor the Service ticketing system and work with team members to resolve tickets that are out of SLA
- Alignment of local & global processes, execution according to our OLA/SLA to ensure QoS and availability of the IAM services.
- Remote / Offshore extended team and stakeholders management
- Engage with and influence the many stakeholders and interested parties to ensure compliance, security and operational functional requirements are met or exceeded
- Hands-on multi-year (8+) experience with information technologies like operating systems, identity & access management systems, and/or advanced information security technologies.
- Experience working with Identity Management systems preferred, including SailPoint Identity IQ, BeyondTrust, Okta, Digicert, etc.
- Experience in successfully leading teams to work through projects and troubleshoot/resolve
