- To handle of a team of 19 BDRs (outbound) and 2 SDRs (inbound)
- Managers should be able to deliver pipeline as the metric
- Coach, recruit, onboard and train for Inside sales team.
- Supposed to generate Demos that gets into opportunity with reasonable conversion. AE team is different.
- Help improve the BDR’s in better pitch/positioning through calling and emails.
- Conduct daily stand-ups, weekly review effectively
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and AM team
- Reporting to Sales head
- Strict CRM hygiene
- Inside Sales experience in B2B SaaS environment
- Extensive experience in working with leaders
- At least 7-10 years of overall work experience
