Job Profile

  • Develop the “Go-to-market” strategy for the continent while creating a multi-channel approach towards driving sales and achieving business objectives
  • Develop effective sales strategies and lead region-wide sales team members to achieve targets
  • Build sales and after-sales distribution network, monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Liaise with the Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Establish a strong & self-growing, productive and professional sales channel

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated sales and marketing leadership for solutions in sales of high involvement products and services of a min of 5 unique product/solutions launches in multiple markets in the European region
  • Expertise in setting up multi-channel networks in this region
  • Experience in digital marketing and sales
  • Passion for mobility solutions (Desirable: Exposure to 2W mobility segment, smart mobility solutions)
