Catenon India is hiring for a Key Account Manager (SM / Associate Director / Director level) for one of its clients.

Responsibilities

  • You will serve as the senior executive selling to the most strategic organizations.
  • You will leverage existing relationships with CEOs, C-level executives, and mid-senior management.
  • You will develop new relationships with business unit leaders and relevant IT/ technology stakeholders to understand their challenges.
  • Subsequently, you will collaborate internally and provide tailored solutions to the customers.
  • You will have the power of our solutions and the technical & domain knowledge of our people.
  • You will help customers accelerate innovation in healthcare and ultimately provide better quality of care to patients.

Desired Skills

  • Manage client relationships – including onsite review meetings with client stakeholders ∙ Identify and scope growth opportunities within the account
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for given account
  • Work with the delivery organization to scope solutions and close deals
  • Ability to work with internal technical architects / leads, practice leads and customer stakeholders to define solutions & proposals
  • Facilitate project definition, requirement gathering, design, architecture, etc. ∙ Participate in contract discussions / negotiations
  • Healthcare domain knowledge
  • Experience working w/ offshore teams
  • Ability to influence decisions at the executive level
  • Conducting solutioning workshops
  • Proposal Estimation Methodologies
  • Participate in trade shows / conferences

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 10-12 years of quota carrying consultative sales and strategic account management experience within an IT services organization
  • Experience of engaging with complex accounts in selling a broad portfolio of IT solutions at C-level
