Responsibilities
- Strategically partner with relevant stakeholders to determine the talent & development needs across the center & develop innovative solutions aligned to the needs of today & future
- Ensure a high-quality & effective onboarding process for the center
- Design & deploy need-based specific interventions for various associate groups including talent segments, in the organization
- Design & develop leadership learning programs for various levels of associates in the organization
- Develop the culture of learning & learning mindset along with learning agility, in the organization
- Partner with external service providers to effectively & appropriately manage the learning needs of the center
- Keeps abreast of current future trends in the learning & development & talent space; including innovative learning & talent solutions, platforms, futuristic skills, best practices, etc.
- Use reporting & analytics to provide learning insights to all stakeholders with a focus to elevate the learning effectiveness
- Coach & counsel managers & leaders on their team’s learning & development needs and relevant solutions
- Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports, including overseeing onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities
Qualifications
- 7 to 12 years of experience
